In the Lens Configurator, you can also upload an image of your Prescription. Once you have completed the Lens Configurator, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart and Checkout.

Warranty

All HOYA certified safety products come with a one year guarantee on the frame which is for any faulty workmanship on the frame itself. HOYA lenses come with a two year warranty against coating failure and any replacement lenses will be supplied with a new frame. HOYA multifocal lenses come with a ninety day warranty for non-adaption. The non-adaptation warranty covers a single remake of lenses with adjusted parameters.
