Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer returns if you change your mind on a product. We only offer returns for faulty or defective products.
Prescription Glasses, Goggles and Eyewear – Warranty & Returns
If you receive your prescription glasses, goggles or eyewear and you cannot see out of the lenses correctly, do not use the glasses, goggles or eyewear and Contact Us immediately. Please also contact your Optometrist to discuss any eye health related issues you may be experiencing.
All multifocal / progressive prescription lenses come with a ninety day warranty against non-adaption. If you have purchased a pair of multifocal / progressive prescription lenses and cannot get used to them, please Contact Us to discuss your options. Our Optical Team will work with you to remedy the non-adaption issue.
Product Warranty & Returns Process
Please do not return any product(s) to Boost Safety & Workwear without first contacting our Customer Service Team.
Should your return be approved, we will provide you with return address details.
The postage cost for the returned goods is the responsibility of the customer returning the goods. For non-warranty returns, a re-stocking fee may be charged.
Where a refund is payable, the original cost of the product(s) will be refunded via the same method of original payment, less the shipping cost and re-stocking fee (if applicable).
